Thanks never really get An Cosantoir but ill ask in September see if any one has any details about it. That leaves me enough time to get fat and lazy over the Summer then get fit again and have a goal aswell -

Its usually on the afternoon of the first Wednesday of October each year. In the past, entry on the day was allowed but not last year. The entry form is usually in An Cosantoir or copies are usually sent to each unit.Comment
