    Any hints or tips?

    Subjects to avoid, etc??

    Any one had their preliminary interview yet?

    Know where you have displayed the attributes required on a officer in the DF, as found in the booklet (for example - decision making, leadership, etc)

      Don't be distracted by anything. Don't cross your arms/ tap your feet/ do anything which displays nerves. Look at the person who you are talking with but scan the rest of the interview board too.

        Here's a thread on how to do interviews in general, I wrote a bit about how I conduct interviews, I think it will hold true for the cadets for the most part (the more obvious change would be to include sports and stuff on your CV and then talk up and a lot about your RDF stuff)
