Know where you have displayed the attributes required on a officer in the DF, as found in the booklet (for example - decision making, leadership, etc) -

Here's a thread on how to do interviews in general, I wrote a bit about how I conduct interviews, I think it will hold true for the cadets for the most part (the more obvious change would be to include sports and stuff on your CV and then talk up and a lot about your RDF stuff)
