So does that mean that the FCA is just as good as the TA/USNG then? Schoolkids volunteered for the Special Olympics too. As did St John's ambulance etc, no?
R&S- things to do first, will keep you postedTake these men and women for your example.

In reference to comparing to US/UK forces:
The Territorial Army & USNG went and are going to Iraq & Afghanistan.
The FCA went to the Special Olympics.
What does this tell you?

RDF was ruined long before A7. What the hell does A7 have to do with training standards anyway? You assess people, they pass or they fail. That has NOTHING to do with bullying.
Joker, don't forget I know exactly what standards you had to reach to become a 3*- they were the same as the ones I had to reach. I also know the standards which had to be achieved by many serving NCOs in the RDF, because I achieved them too.
Low. Depressingly low.Take these men and women for your example.

This has nothing to do with the "death of the med coy".
That is something for the Reserve as a whole, however it has been mentioned several times before that medics will be among the first to go overseas when the time comes. If your not in bed by 4 o' clock it's time to go home!

You MAY have been able to see low standards back then, but at least I can say that I have seen the standard of training increase. You can lead a horse to water......If your not in bed by 4 o' clock it's time to go home!
