look I had a very good reason and I knew leaving that I wud be going back it was just due to problems outside the army, plus I shouldnt of left I do regret it but I wont be making the same mistake twice. I thaught at the time that I was making the right decision.

[MOD: The question has been answered. The thread is becoming voyeuristic. If you want to continue, please reopen in General, or go to chat and talk.Best of luck with your decision.J]

You will most likely be asked the above in your interview if you apply again.

Exactly? Why would you expect them to take you back again, considering you dropped out the last time? What would lead them to expect you wouldn't do the same again?

There are a lot of younger soldiers leaving and then joining up again

there is even some leaving the df in the east and rejoining down south or west doing recruit training again just to serve closer to home

but if your still in the right age group speak to your local manpower officer quickly
