Just wondering has any member of the rdf thaught about joining it when the retire or leave?
Or do some reservists realise the can join when the leave/retire?

ONET is a great organisation
:tri: The ONEt is open to the following;

Fire Service
Gardai
Prison Service
Rescue Services Coast Guard etc
Order of Malta/St Johns Ambulance Brigade
Bascallially the ONEt allow any members giving service to the state whether paid or voluntary,I hope I have not left out any service

I realise ...but have they been reorged yet..or are they outside reorg control?
As the onet is for national EXservice personal it is not subject to reorg.
Although made up of mostly ex pdf, local onet branchs are only delighted to have ex rdf personel join their ranks and at the moment are actively looking for ex rdf pers to join their branchs.
You can become an associate member while serving in the RDF, not sure about the PDF. I never met anyone in it from the other organisations mentioned, perhaps they are not aware they may join.
it will be long, it will be hard, and there will be no withdrawl
