is the otc not 'giving it a try'. i loved it, it was great, but the TA option is just not practical for me anymore. Which is a disappointment, considering the TA officer recruitment and training structure.

rod, i would gladly and without any reservation other than this - i'm more concerned about the northern mercenaries hanging around the south.

You trained as a lockhard? How long did you go to school for that?

Come up north and join the TA instead, just like the ever increasing crowd of mercenaries from the south
rod, i would gladly and without any reservation other than - possible problems with subversives. (MOD: Edit)

At the start its all basic stuff foot drill and the likes, nothing to engage a young recruit, Straight in and into the foot drill, No classes on mil law or what the basic mission of mp's is,could have been thu unit i was parading with..............In contrast, when i started with the AD i was being shown how to strip a steyr and gpmg on my first night.

    just found it more engaging.

Ps i'm not a gun nut or anything, i'm just saying that as a potential recruit the sight of what i would be eventually doing, engaged me more than been thrown in the "blue" room for foot drill
