          Nice editing

            I think not.

Launch at 0:44sec, the cutter is doing approx 6kts

Recovery at 01:05sec, the cutter is doing approx 2kts.

Sea state is calm, Force 2-3

Well spotted. That would certainly make more sense: why make it more difficult by going so fast?

The wonderful Marina at Crosshaven of course. Not the RCYC.

Seems to be a lot of people in that picture - are they all involved in the procedure, or just spectators?
Well there are eleven in total. As they are all wearing helmets, (except the officer), it's unlightly that they are spectators.
                    1. the guy with the white helmet is the Bosun.
                    2. There are two boats crew.
                    3. There is a deck man to recover the bow line.
                    4. there is a deck man ( or mech) to slip the water supply to the engines, which are runing before launching, and also to recover stern line.
                    5. There is the duty officer. (no hat).
                    6. A crane operator.
                    7. Boarding team, two of.
                    8. That leaves two men in hard hats. I think this is a double boarding, and the two extra hats are the second boarding team.

Total eleven. How do I score?
