For months now we have all read posts by Carrington as to his vision of the Irish navy of the future, everything from submarines to battleships. Personally, I will admit that I know very little about what the navy should have in terms of going forward. But I would be quite interested in carrington putting his vision as to what the navy should have down once and for all, if for no other reason than shits and giggles.

it should have some incentive to stay and not one man in the plush office calling the shots as when you see young lt/cdrs going out the gate it means the system is breaking down.. and it is loosing experienced personell of all ranks,, -
