  • Le Roisin And Green Dragon

    Hi Guys

Two pics of Irelands entry in the Volvo round the World yacht race which will be in Galway next year. The yacht is called "Green Dragon" she is pictured passing "Le Roisin" which was in port with a French Trawler that they arrested, the French boat is on front of Roisin.

The yacht got a great welcome in Galway last Sunday.

    Regards
    Brian

Nice... Anyone know how likely it is the other possible entry will make it? Heard they're about 4m short.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

      Zulus boat.

Catch-22 says they have a right to do anything we can't stop them from doing.

Yup. We made it. Its amazing what we've achieved actually. 4 months from buying the boat, strip down, refit, getting sponsorship 4 weeks before the race start and are now in 5th position almost half way down to cape town, with a crew who never sailed overnight together besides the first night of the offshore race. And all on the smallest budget of the fleet

        Not bad going!!!
