  • Admiral O'Reilly-Chief of Naval Intelligence

I thought that some of your members would be interested in this article on the Armada de Chile Chief of Naval Intelligence. Admiral O'Reilly, as many of you would know was posted to London as Naval Attache some years ago but his duties covered the Republic as well. I met him occasionally in London and I know he was very proud of his Irish roots.

An irishman created the Chilean Navy, and we continue to run it..

Catch-22 says they have a right to do anything we can't stop them from doing.

And the Uruguayan and Argentine navies too. Commodore Barry should get some credit for the US one.
