LE Niamh just transiting through the Panama Canal now, saw her going into the Miraflores locks and she is waiting for the water level to drop, you will see her in a few minutes on the high res Miraflores Locks.
Is this the first Irish Naval Vessel to head through the Panama Canal?
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere***
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
I downloaded the pictures of her going through the Miraflores locks, I will post them tonight, she looked very small in the lock with two huge tankers one behind her and one on her left.
