Interesting. You would need dimensional aspects and range capability to work out potential operational roles. 15 crew and Artic AOP's don't seem realistic, unless the vessel is deployed from a mother ship and maybe is a type of submersible.
Capable of hydrographic operations both in littoral and deeper waters, Damen Multi Role Auxiliary Vessel 3600 also has a helideck and substantial storage capacity.

There is little capability deliverable with small crews requiring augmentation for variable circumstances. It is difficult to comprehend what would trigger extra crew. It would be too late on site, hundreds of miles from base, if the need instantly arose. Traditionally Naval vessels were crewed for 24 hour operation with all positions manned when required as at action stations. Unless there is a mother ship in the offing?

No expert by any means but my guess is something along the lines of SD Northern River or SD Victoria;
Can deploy manned and unmanned submersibles...the new RN crewed vessel will require ISTAR capabilities.'History is a vast early warning system'. Norman Cousins
