      Catch-22 says they have a right to do anything we can't stop them from doing.

          I look forward to reading the BOI when it's published. Or if it's published! then again it will probably be full of black lines across most of the text.

                How exactly does one "stop" a chain reaction?

                  By introducing materials which absorb neutrons, thus stopping the chain reaction.

                    I see some very shoddy journalism going on regarding the incident. One BBC reporter said the Coastguard ETV Anglian Prince that is standing by Astute has been axed in the Defence review.

                    It's not even owned by the MOD, Let alone the MCA!!!!

                    Contracted ETV's have sod all to do with the Defence review

                        Maybe this will explain a lot concerning chain reactions

                        especially in lay mans language

                        Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
                        Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
                        The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere***
                        The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
                        The best lack all conviction, while the worst
                        Are full of passionate intensity.

                              More than his bonus knackered. In the RN bump like that puts you in front a court martial and then the career can suffer somewhat regardless of the out come.
                              Covid 19 is not over ....it's still very real..Hand Hygiene, Social Distancing and Masks.. keep safe
