I just edited this post because it got shifted.Its in response to the up coming visit by LE Aoife and HMS Mersey to Belfast.I was on the Royal Navy ships the last time they brought mine hunters and sweepers to Belfast, but missed out on the last visit by Irish Naval vessels to the port.The LE Aoife should be interesting to see,I'll have to try and get down to the docks.When I was on the vessels though I remembered why I never wanted to be in the Navy, I kept hitting my head on various pipes and hatches and those bloody ladders! I'm to tall for all that crap.

It seems that the last Combined visit by RN/NS vessels was a fantastic success among the locals,and the crews.
Catch-22 says they have a right to do anything we can't stop them from doing.
