At the DALO Industry Days 2023 held in Copenhagen, Thales and Cubedin were showcasing their modular CAPTAS-4 variable depth sonar (VDS) solution for the first time. ===================== While the CAPTAS-4 VDS is now a worldwide reference, the two companies (as well as SH Defence) are proposing this new modular solution to the Royal Danish Navy as part of an upgrade program of the in-service Absalon-class of frigates.
