Life expectation

Its spoken about in the Naval Section but I'm not sure where.
Its also in the News section

What is the life expectation of each vessel? Am I correct in saying that it is 30years?

If this is correct, keeping in line with the “white paper”, will six of the eight vessel fleet be up for replacement over the five or so years?

At I suppose roughly fifty to sixty million per vessel, where is this extra money going to come from?
