      In exactly the same way as one does in the Army Reserve, as far as I know... i.e;

      - Complete Pot NCO Cse and get promoted to NCO rank
      - Progress onto and complete Pot Officer Cse
      - Get commissioned in the rank of Ensign, etc....

            Just wondering how often do they tend to run this course?

              See the post previous to yours for an answer.

                Before you answer my question please read it, i asked how often they tend to run the course not how often they run it, in other words an average.

                Let me make my question clearer,

                On average, that is going by past years how often has this course (in the past) been run?
                I.e. on average every year, on average every second year, on average every 3 years, on average every 4 years. Just because there are subject to requrements there is still an average.

                  There is no average. Accept that answer.

                    When needs require the running of a course.
