    Chaps,

    I came across this UNIFIL site on facebook for those of you who are interested.

    http://www.facebook.com/s.php?q=UNIF...649&ref=search

    Edit: what a great site. Plenty of DF people on it and some great pics.

    Another edit: you need to be logged in to see it.

      Tragic to see the remains of the Truck.

          Great site- it was a trip down memory lane going through the pics

          what really added the cherry to the cake was the amount of lads I knew who posted on the wall- these are lads - I had lost contact with- got drunk with

          went out with their sisters ( current wives even) fought with- made up with- had the time of my life-and just generally had the honur to know

          dont forget those wishing to tip toe down memory lane should look at Brian Mitchell's excellent site

          http://www.unifil.ie/index.html

          a few pics here and there and he would be grateful
          Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
          Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
          The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere***
          The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
          The best lack all conviction, while the worst
          Are full of passionate intensity.

              I'm no criminal.

              Somebody made me their friend on facebook and they were on the site.
              There you go.
              I actually do have a life outside my work.

                  No need for that, Hedgie.

                  Tom Felle, another irish journalist with an interest in this sort of thing, is on it as well.
