    What the Paddies get up to on overseas trips is one thing, but here's what the Norwegian Army gets up to on overseas - this from Kosovo..... needs sound...... you will probably recognise the tune as an old Beach Boys number....

    That's sounding like a rumour which reached me, but not in detail.

    Did it by any chance involve a reduction in rank for a cadre NCO within the last ten years or so?

    In kosovo we did patrols(foot/mobile/armoured) covert op's,urban foot patrolling,checkpoints.
    We also did cordon and search of people,vechicles,houses,open areas,factories and security sweeps and vip escort.

    I was there that year, and I can tell you some of the childrens mothers was a bit wild as well
