The only WO i've heard about was RAF, i'm sure there are more but I don't really study this sort of thing.

This has been discussed before. RDF Officer No1s dress code does not include a Sam Browne, but RDF Warrant Officer (ie RSM/BSM and RQ/BQ) No1s dress code basically say the same as PDF Warrant Officers (who wear Sam Brownes, just like PDF Commissioned Officers), with the exception of the Glengarry.
