I have to say this is a quality medal it looks good and the ribbon is very distinctive.

I remember when the first ones were issued...about '89 but the citeria involved was comical and it as goldie siad dubbed the ' never got caught medal' not sure when it was discontinued.

There was a limited issue per year (something like 50)
I remember a Cadre CQMS of ours being awarded it at the Annual Mass many moons

Anyone ever heard of this, or know is it still awarded, what are the Criteria and apart from the Orange and Green Ribbon anyone got a description of the Medal??
