The measurements of the badge are, diameter from tip of flare to opposite tip is 65mm, the round center is 27-28mm across. Thickness at center of disc is 4mm.
Its biger than I initialy thought . It was possibly a cocade froma Belgian Bands mans cap but its too big although similar in appearance, Sorry I hacen't anything similar in any of my references, size being the problems.
