This is the fifth badge in the series of new Irish Air Corps aircraft badges. This badge was originally designed for personnel in Flying Training School, but now it is worn by student pilots (cadets) when they qualify solo. A new badge is being designed for FTS pilots and tech crew. The badge is 100mm x 50mm and has a velcro backing.
