    Ok.I get you now.I agree up to a point.I think you have to aim off for the lowest common denominator,the one dope whose admin is up his hole and go from there.Also you would need to be seen to be even handed.You couldn't single people out while not inspecting everyone else. Personal preference has its place up to a point,but not if it is going to compromise mission success or safety.As the man says "If you have to crush some souls and increase the suck factor so be it.The mission come first".
