    Reunion and retirement functions.

    To all members, exmembers and friends.

    Retirement from the Naval Service, function to be held in the NCO's mess, Haulbowline, Friday 2nd of November, 20.00 hrs to 01.00hrs, for a presentation to the following members:

    Ex PO/EA Andy Mackin,
    Ex PO/EA Tom Timmons.

    Launch from Cobh, 19.30, 20.00, 22.00 hrs.
    Last launch from Haulbowline, 01.10.


    All are welcome!

    Yeah George seemed to be one of those guys who was around forever.

    Tow from the above intake, Connie and Ger Pentony were in my recruit intake

    Yes , normally not a sea going post.(apart from foreign trips) they would run over you trying to get up the gangway.
    At sea in my time SBA(medic) would help Cox`n do that type of work.
    Eithne was first ship if i am correct to have writer on board,don`t know if they were happy with that .
