The UKRN and French Navy are so strapped for cash they only take part in the more important of exercises.
Given a Peacock burns a ton of fuel per hour...and shes quite small, imagine sending a frigate from some where on a jolly and consider the fuel costs alone.
I'd say the Foreign visits thing has peaked.Covid 19 is not over ....it's still very real..Hand Hygiene, Social Distancing and Masks.. keep safe
