        L.E. Samuel Beckett currently cruising at 12kn off the coast of Maine. I wonder will it hit NY in time for the taoiseach to wine and dine the natives aboard following his heroic address to the UN Climate action summit. President Michealdee will address the UN on Wednesday.

          Timings are a bit of a mystery as there is a Presidential visit to the ship in New York ( Nua-Eabhrac ) at 4pm Saturday 28th September. The ship will arrive tomorrow or Wednesday.

            L.E. Samuel Beckett arrived at New York this afternoon (10.39 Local Time).
            Berthed almost under Manhattan Bridge on the East River, at pier 36.

                Or did we not pay for a nice berth?

                  I wouldn't exactly call it a warehouse

                  It was the year of fire...the year of destruction...the year we took back what was ours.
                  It was the year of rebirth...the year of great sadness...the year of pain...and the year of joy.
                  It was a new age...It was the end of history.
                  It was the year everything changed.

                    Near the UN building.

                    Logistical reasons I'd imagine.

                      Is it near a good pub?
                      'He died who loved to live,' they'll say,
                      'Unselfishly so we might have today!'
                      Like hell! He fought because he had to fight;
                      He died that's all. It was his unlucky night.

                            Looking on google maps there seems to be an FDNY EMS station next door, I'm sure they can direct the crew to the nearest drinking hole
