Trawlers are mostly made of wood, the steel ones usually have aluminum bulkheads, normally no thicker than 3-5mm
But you already know this.....
Nice photos, they look a tad familiar.
Catch-22 says they have a right to do anything we can't stop them from doing.

All boarding parties should be armed irrespective of the type of vessel they are boarding. the type of weaponry which should be issued to the boarding party should be the best /and most potent available The Naval service conducts over the horizon boardings so the mother vessels weapons are irrelevant . " If you shoot" hit what you shoot at.

" If you shoot" hit what you shoot at."Let us be clear about three facts. First, all battles and all wars are won in the end by the infantryman. Secondly, the infantryman always bears the brunt. His casualties are heavier, he suffers greater extremes of discomfort and fatigue than the other arms. Thirdly, the art of the infantryman is less stereotyped and far harder to acquire in modern war than that of any other arm." ------- Field Marshall Wavell, April 1945.
