The Irish at Waterloo
Two hundred years ago, in June 1815, the Meath-born Duke of Wellington commanded an army at Waterloo, about one third of whom were reputed to be Irish-born. Join military historian Dan Harvey, a serving Lieutenant- Colonel in the Irish Defence Forces, on the significance of this Irish involvement in Wellington's army.
