    Came up on my FB feed...

    A collection of photos taken before and during WW2 by a Major in a TA Yeomanry unit.

    Of particular interest to IMO are the RR Armoured cars, and that the commentary talks about some of the officers (one a later CO Lt Col Jago) being formerly of The South Irish Horse.

    In the first instalment of this series, we learn about the origins of the 3rd County of London Yeomanry (Sharpshooters), its pre-war service and the outbreak of fighting in 1939.
