Kickham wasn't even born for about another 30 years.

Slievenamon is a mountain in Co Tipperary.
I’m aware of that Rhodes thanks. It is however interesting that the papers refer to the car as “slieve na mban”

Naming of armour cars would have been a nice tradition to have kept going

Probably just confusion in the spelling by the papers at the time.

Don't you remember, the Panhards were all named.

"Piece of Sh1t" was the 90 we squeezed our muscular frames into.
"bullet magnet" was the 90 odin fired in the glen....
"no brakes Fuuuuuuuuch" was the 90 jack failed to shoot
"bloody stupid modification" was the 90 I had where the Mag80 wouldnt fit......
"only for dwarfs" was the 20 in cork...

thers a guy in the north who built a replica for use by Film companies and thats the one used.

Peerless in the Michael Collins is the same. The tried to sell it to the army after the film but it was made of tin on a bogus chassis and the Director of Cav deemed it to be a piece of shit.

but I couldn't see his teeth
I don't think anyone has seen them for years, lost them in hurling match years ago.

One of the Crossley’s from the Michael Collins film is alive and kicking. It paid a visit to the Curragh camp last year and has attended the last two Gordon Bennett rallys in Ireland. Its owner has a couple of youtube videos.
